Rules in Effect: The WY CLASS A UST OPERATOR TRAINING PROGRAM HAS BEEN TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED PENDING FURTHER INQUIRIES UNTIL SPRING 2010.

Summary: All Class A and B operators must be trained and licensed by 11/10/09. Class A and B operators receive ICC certification only. There is training required for USTs and ASTs. All Class A and B operators must register with the DEQ.

PTS Approval: Wyoming operators may use the PTS Class C course with a Wyoming-Specific Checklist but it is not approved by the WY DEQ. Until WY rules allow more training options, Class A/B training is not offered at this time.
