In 2003, three small-business training consultants decided to join forces and offer the UST community their combined talents. Together, we strive to provide the nation's highest quality education to the petroleum UST industry. We are passionate about reducing the risk that petroleum poses to the environment through practical, meaningful and cost-effective education.
Marcel Moreau |  | Marcel has worked exclusively in the field of liquid storage systems since 1983. He is an independent consultant providing information and educational services related to petroleum storage systems for government and private sector clients. Ben Thomas

| Ben has been working with tank operators, regulators, inspectors and service providers from 1986-1987 and from 1989 to the present, first as a regulator and now as an independent consultant.
